IWP International plc appoints new Finance Director



The Board of IWP is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Paul O'Brien ACMA
as Finance Director. He takes up his position with immediate effect. He will
also join the Board of the company.



Prior to joining IWP as Group Financial Controller in 2002, he worked in the IT
industry for 11 years, 8 of which were in senior finance roles with Compaq
Computer Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation and an indigenous Irish
software services company IT Alliance.
