Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers.

On March 27, 2020, Mr. Daniel Draper gave notice to the Invesco CurrencyShares^® Canadian Dollar Trust (the “Trust”) that he is resigning from all positions with Invesco Specialized Products, LLC and its affiliates, including his position as Principal Executive Officer of the Trust, effective June 14, 2020. The Trust is currently considering Mr. Draper’s replacement.
