Announces the Assignment of Parcel 2 Lease in Capital Center EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I., Feb. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Capital Properties, Inc. today announced that Capitol Hill Properties, LLC, an unaffiliated party and tenant under a lease of Parcel 2 in the Capital Center in downtown Providence, Rhode Island, had assigned its interest as tenant to Intercontinental Real Estate Investment Fund IV LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company and affiliate of Intercontinental Developers, Inc. of Boston, Massachusetts ("Intercontinental").
