The new Tesla Model Y push for global dominance officially begins

THE NEW MODEL Y:
The new Model Y is the successor to the Model Y classic, which is Tesla’s best-selling vehicle for years.

So successful was the Model Y classic that it became the world’s best-selling car by volume in 2023 and 2024.

The new Model Y introduces several key updates to the all-electric crossover, from a revamped exterior to a fully redone interior.

Insights from Tesla owners who experienced the new Model Y have also praised the vehicle for its improved suspension.

NEW MODEL Y RAMP:

Tesla Asia officially announced through its official account on X that the new Model Y has started production in Gigafactory Shanghai.

The start of the vehicle’s production came after the updated Model Y completed China’s full regulatory process.
Interestingly enough, Tesla China has hinted that the first deliveries of the new Model Y may start later this month.

Expectations are high for the new Model Y in China. The Model Y classic, after all, sold 480,309 units in the domestic Chinese market in 2024.

That’s a total of 73.10% of the 657,102 units that Tesla China sold domestically last year, as noted in a CNEV Post report.

The Tulsa Police helicopter and officers found the Tesla in Joe Creek.

========================================

The following collection of accidents will show that Teslas have a sudden veering problem, a problem thats being covered up, in addition to issues of Sudden Unintended Acceleration. These accidents occur regardless of the Teslas being operated by intoxicated drivers, regular drivers, professional drivers, Autopilot, or FSD.
This collection was put together to showcase the core problem is actually hardware related not driver/software. When nearly the same crash elements occurs across a diverse collection of use cases regardless of model & year, the only logical conclusion is that there is something wrong with the vehicles themselves and that they pose a significant danger to society. As I already hinted at, there is a newish investigation that indicates that Tesla & NHTSA are purposefully withholding information in regards various AP related accidents including these veering Teslas that works to hide such dangers from becoming more apparent...so people do not catch onto this pattern! I post the link to the article at the end of this section of the post.

2. Dec 2024 - Possible Intoxicated driver in a Model 3 veers off the road into multiple objects including trees, dying in hospital:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=175512885

Both FSD cases, 1 professional driver case, 4 regular driver cases, & 1 intoxicated driver case, the Teslas slammed into a tree resulting in the death of at least 1 person. 1 autopilot case the Tesla veered off the road and rolled into a tree. 2 Autopilot cases suddenly veered into the median. 2 regular driver incidents involved locked steering. It appears as though the Semi suffered some sort of electrical issue causing an engine to catch fire and it veer off the interstate into trees. The Cybertruck incident also involved locked steering but included sudden unintended acceleration.

New Investigation Suggests Tesla And NHTSA Withheld Info Surrounding Autopilot Crashes
Details of over 200 Autopilot-related accidents were complied, with new patterns being discovered.
The report states that in the accidents, Tesla’s Autopilot struggled with obstacle avoidance, and cars also veered off the road.

Section 5- The computer errors from outer space
(Elon Musk: Model S not a car but a ‘sophisticated computer on wheels’)

When computers go wrong, we tend to assume it's just some software hiccup, a bit of bad programming. But ionising radiation, including rays of protons blasted towards us by the sun, can also be the cause. These incidents, called single-event upsets, are rare and it can be impossible to be sure that cosmic rays were involved in a specific malfunction because they leave no trace behind them.

And yet they have been singled out as the possible culprits behind numerous extraordinary cases of computer failure. From a vote-counting machine that added thousands of non-existent votes to a candidate's tally, to a commercial airliner that suddenly dropped hundreds of feet mid-flight, injuring dozens of passengers
Plus, since giant ejections from the sun can sometimes send huge waves of particles towards Earth, what's called space weather, an unnerving prospect looms: we could see much more disruption to computers than we're used to during a massive geomagnetic storm in the future

Section 7 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

Jain is one of tens of thousands of Tesla owners who have experienced premature failures of suspension or steering parts, according to a Reuters review of thousands of Tesla documents. The chronic failures, many in relatively new vehicles, date back at least seven years and stretch across Tesla’s model lineup and across the globe, from China to the United States to Europe, according to the records and interviews with more than 20 customers and nine former Tesla managers or service technicians.

https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/

The exact cause of the Hutchison Effect is unknown in public spheres as it is classified under national security. However the most likely culprit seems to be a combination of electromagnetic sources coming together in a way to change the makeup of metals leading to their rusting, softening, fracturing, complete breaking, even dustification. Keep in mind the degree of metal materials that are within our buildings and infrastructure...even in concrete. Maybe this is why we are seeing an increase in building and bridge collapses?

Why not appeal to the Supreme Court? Or have the incompetent/corrupt judge fired!! Steven K Sprague should have the ruling in the Rivetz case thrown out because the judge misspelled his name in the ruling!! The Tesla ruling is a disgrace IMO!!!

Thank you Tesla engineering and manufacturing.”

A guy crossed over the double yellow and I could not get out of the way fast enough. We were both at highway speeds.. My wife, granddaughter and I we're all shaken and are being evaluated (at the emergency room and I'm bored, hence the reason for the post). No critical injuries. The other guy was taken to the hospital in an ambulance. We were spun but not flipped. Thank you Tesla engineering and manufacturing.

Elon Musk SHOCKED as U.K. Bans Cybertruck on Roads.

Prepare to be SHOCKED!

The recent news that has left the automotive world buzzing: Elon Musk's latest innovation, the Tesla Cybertruck, has been outright BANNED in the U.K. Exploring the engineering decisions that clash with U.K. safety standards, the regulatory hurdles, and what this means for Tesla's future in one of Europe's key markets is important. From the Cybertruck's weight issues to its non-compliant steel body, why this futuristic vehicle can't roam British roads. Is this a setback or a wake-up call for global EV design?

The Tesla Cyber Truck oddity on the roads is in its self of high interest given its uncharacteristic un-streamlined shape.

Some buy it because of it being so different. They prefer a vehicle that is non-confirming like giving the mid finger to when cars have more attractive architecture and better meet streamlined features accommodating to wind forces.

Cyber Truck represents Elon. With his rough edges in his personality yet he is a pioneering leader of the EV revolution and industry.

These three incidents show distinct similarities and are worth further examining especially considering the NHTSA petition filed by Dr Belt; posted in the second section of this post.

Victim in deadly multi-vehicle crash in San Francisco identified

According to the DA, Zhang told investigators he tried stopping, but the breaks in his Tesla did not respond. Verifying that claim will take time.

"That requires a significant vehicle inspection, generally done by the manufacturer of the vehicle," Jenkins said. "It requires accident reconstruction. We need to figure out how fast he was going and a download of the black box that was in the vehicle."

Tesla China responds to Chengdu crash involving 11 vehicles

Tesla’s China operations team on Monday denied that a technical failure was to blame for a crash on Nov. 25 in the southwestern city of Chengdu involving a speeding Tesla and 11 other vehicles; three were injured but no one was killed. An analysis of the car by the US automaker found the accelerator pedal had been pressed hard, increasing the vehicle’s speed from 54 kilometers (34 miles) per hour to 132 km/h at the time of the crash. Queried online in China about why the brake light was on but the car did not slow down, the company explained that the brake pedal was only applied two seconds after the initial hit when the brake was already damaged. The car owner surnamed Wang told Chinese media outlets that his new Tesla, registered the same day, accelerated suddenly and had been unable to stop.

Bizarre fatal high speed Tesla crash in China sparks police probe - Professional Driver

In an interview with local news outlet Dahe Daily, the 55-year-old driver, Zhan, who said he was a former truck driver, said he tried pressing the brake pedal and the emergency parking brake button, but with no effect
Tesla China denied the family member’s claims, noting that data from the ill-fated Model Y showed that the accelerator pedal was depressed deeply during the incident. Tesla stated that the Park button was indeed pressed during the vehicle’s final drive four times, but only briefly. Previous tests from Tesla owners indicated that pressing Park for an extended period of time while the vehicle is in motion would stop the car
For those that do not know, Teslas park button functions as an emergency brake/parking brake.

Researcher Discovers Tesla Design Flaw That May Cause Unintended Acceleration; NHTSA Reopens Investigation
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has reopened its investigation into a potential design flaw in Tesla vehicles, which may lead to sudden unintended acceleration. This comes after allegations were made that a voltage spike deep within the control systems could cause the vehicle to incorrectly read an accelerator input, even when none has occurred.

When Voltage Spikes Trigger Unintended Acceleration
Under certain circumstances, such as slow driving, when the power steering requires more power, the draw on the 12-volt battery can cause a significant spike in the system. This voltage surge could lead the inverter to incorrectly conclude that the accelerator pedal has been pressed, resulting in unintended acceleration.

This unexpected acceleration could theoretically happen when a voltage spike, lasting only microseconds, occurs simultaneously as the car performs an ADC check, also lasting microseconds. Belt suggests that the frequency of these events aligns with the 200 or so incidents reported between 2013 and 2019.

Adding complexity to this issue, Belt contends that due to the nature of the fault, it does not get logged as an error. The inverter’s misinterpretation of a voltage spike as a throttle input leaves no trace, leading to discrepancies between Tesla's vehicle data and owners' accounts, possibly explaining why the ODI initially denied the petition.

While Belt's allegations primarily focus on the Model 3, which features a unique inverter design, he notes that similar errors could occur in Model S and Model X vehicles. This opens up the potential for a broader scope in the ongoing investigation.

NHTSA Petition Claims Tesla Sudden Unintended Acceleration Is Real

What's worse is that the incorrectly increased sensor signals will be sent via the CAN bus to the vehicle logs, causing Tesla and NHTSA to conclude that the driver caused the sudden increase in torque by stepping on the accelerator pedal. But in this case, the sudden acceleration was caused not by the driver stepping on the accelerator pedal but by a random superposition of a negative-going voltage spike (which is about 100 microseconds long), and the sampling time of the analog-to-digital converter (which is about 10 microseconds long). This random superposition explains the low occurrence rate of sudden acceleration in Tesla vehicles
SUA has impacted every main Tesla car model S/X, 3/Y, & even the Cybertruck. Im not aware of an incident involving a Semi...yet...although the one that drove into the trees with an engine fire may have experienced SUA.
As this issue has impacted just about every Tesla model and year, i doubt Dr Belt's theory in relation to the the origin of the fault, is exactly correct and certainly not easy to fix as its still a problem. Thus i expect the NHTSA will deny this petition at some point despite this issue continuing to plague Teslas. I believe the problem of SUA is EM interference induced which impacts other EVs as well per a study in China. EMI can cause these voltage spikes to compensate from a drop in voltage as described in the following quote. E3 usually pertains to EM blast from a nuclear explosion but during geostorms/unrest this same sort of voltage depression can be observed in electrical systems.

E3 can also affect subtransmission and distribution systems by causing harmonic distortion and voltage depression. The voltage regulators at the substation will attempt to correct for low voltage levels on distribution circuits. This attempt can result in overvoltages when the E3 stimulus decays to a low value

Part 2 - Proof Electromagnetic radiation is causing EVs to go out of control
4). Among the data records during the accidents according to the background data of the crashed vehicles or the data of on-vehicle terminals, the position values of most accelerator pedals were very high(99%) while the values of brake pedals were 0% or only non-zero in very limited moments (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 2).
Continued very high accelerator pressure with no braking is how you differentiate SUA from pedal misapplication.

In  recent  years,  there  have  been  numerous  out-of-control  accidents  of  electric  vehicles.
Occasional fault of electronic control unit caused by  electromagnetic interference
External  electromagnetic  interference  refers  to  that  caused  by electromagnetic  radiation  of  various  electrical  facilities  including  the  high  voltage  transmission  line, broadcasting  TV  devices  and  radio  communication  equipment  as  well  as  natural  phenomena  such  as lightning.

Electromagnetic  wave  interferes  the  electric  control  system  of  automobile  through  wiring  harness and  car  body to  make  it  hard  to  perform  or  even  send  wrong  instructions leading  to  wrong  actions  of various  actuators,  affecting  the  safety,  reliability  and  stability  of  automobile  driving.  The electromagnetic  interference  affects  the  automobile  electronic  control  system  mainly  in  two  ways:  one is  to  affect  the  input  signal  of  the  sensor  of  the  electronic  control  system,  causing  distortion  and resulting  in  electric  control  signal  where  the  ECU  output  does  not  match  the  driver's  intention,  which leads  to  the  wrong  operation  of  the  actuator;  the  other  is  to  interfere  the  ECU  output  signal  to  result  in its deviation,  misleading the operation of  the actuator.

The most common cause of Natural EMI includes:

Lightning

Solar Magnetic Storms

Earth’s Magnetic Field Flux

Cosmic Radiation

Tesla Has the Highest Fatal Accident Rate of All Auto Brands - Who could have predicted this?
Tesla vehicles suffer fatal accidents at a rate that's twice the industry average, according to a new report.

Tesla's vehicles have the highest fatal accident rate among all car brands in America, according to a recent iSeeCars study that analyzed data from the U.S. Fatality Analysis Reporting System (FARS).

The study was conducted on model year 2018–2022 vehicles, and focused on crashes between 2017 and 2022 that resulted in occupant fatalities. Tesla vehicles have a fatal crash rate of 5.6 per billion miles driven, according to the study; Kia is second with a rate of 5.5, and Buick rounds out the top three with a 4.8 rate. The average fatal crash rate for all cars in the United States is 2.8 per billion vehicle miles driven.
The Tesla Model S has a rate more than double than average, at 5.8 per billion vehicle miles driven; meanwhile, the Tesla Model Y — the best-selling vehicle in the world has a fatal crash rate of 10.6, nearly four times the average. It ranked as the sixth worst vehicle overall. (The Hyundai Venue took the top spot overall, with a fatal crash rate of 13.9.)
So...in addition to having the highest accident rate, despite many accolades of the safest vehicle to get into an accident in, Tesla brand has the highest death rate of any brand in America. Its like there is something inherently wrong with Teslas and particularly EVs. The reason why Tesla has so many more fatalities than any other EV maker is because there are soooo many more of them on the roads at any given moment for them to be exposed to EM radiation leading to glitching. The more EVs on the roads the greater the probability of them suffering EM interference and going out of control leading to the highest accident and death rate for Tesla. EVs need to be banned and I suspect the elimination of the tax credit is a step toward that end.

Tesla Drivers Have the Highest Crash Rate of Any Brand: Study
Tesla led all automakers with 23.54 crashes per 1,000 drivers in the past year.

Section 3 - The computer errors from outer space

========================================

Section 4 - Superseding and/or Intervening Force

Tesla argues it had no control in the crash and death which were "caused by a superseding and/or intervening force."
There you have it folks Tesla admits an outside force caused this Tesla to glitch and go out of control. That is true, its not Teslas fault, per se, that its vehicles go out of control. Its the destabilized electromagnetic environment we are experiencing as a result of the earths continued weakening of its magnetic field. While I do not disagree that this is an outside force causing its vehicles to go out of control, its precisely why computers on wheels (Teslas/EVs/computerized ICE) should not be on the roads. Because these vehicles will continue to go out of control and with more frequency putting the greater public in danger. EVs will continue to destroy lives whether through killing those involved, created long-term psychological damage, or leading to the incarceration of people who did nothing wrong other than drive an EV.
Also as Tesla is aware of the problem and does not warn the public its liable for everyone of its vehicles going out of control!

Section 8 - Hutchison Effect & Teslas Whompy Wheel issue

No, the Chevy Blazer EV SS does not have full self-driving, but it does have a semi-autonomous driving feature called Super Cruise. Super Cruise is a hands-free driver assistance system that allows the driver to take their hands off the wheel while driving on compatible roads. ——Chevy Blazer was the pace car for the Daytona 500, but it doesn’t have FSD which I think is a big advantage for buying a Tesla!!!

Setup still looks very strong

La TSLA Fan, I am by no means an expert as the TPM can get pretty technical, but I have followed the Trusted Computing space for quite some time!! The TPM celebrated its 25th anniversary this year, and the Trusted Computing Group which is made up of 100+ companies backing this technology and many people have never heard of it!! It is REALLY COOL!! Wave Systems Corp, which was bought out by ESW Holdings is the owner now, but it would be nice to see the old shareholder get a piece of the pie!! Steven K Sprague the old Wave CEO still owns 200k+ shares!! Our government, Tesla and so many organizations could benefit from this technology, and that’s why I’m surprised it’s not on Bloomberg or CNBC!! But then again the Crowdstrike’s, Palo Alto’s and Okta’s could be put out of business if we all knew about this technogy!! It’s not right that the ad dollars of these companies are keeping America and the world from knowing how much safer our data and people could be!! Maybe Fox will do some segments on it!! Aren’t they supposed to report the news!!! The 25 th anniversary of the TPM and what it does is BIG NEWS!!! Trump and Elon should be all over this as it saves a lot of money, and could secure our whole cyber world!!!

Good post. I use my trucks like trucks: haul things, carry loads in the bed. The sloping bed of the Tesla is a problem. From what I have read from owners who tried to tow or who experienced the typical trauma trucks are subjected to, they have experienced failures, even catastrophic failures. If you are using the cybertruck as a passenger vehicle then I guess it is OK. Our bolt is pretty great - it only has a 260 mile range during warm weather, but that is enough for us. If you live in the midwest or southwest where you have to drive long distances regularly then I could see that a Tesla or VW or Hyundai or newer GM with faster recharging rates would be a better choice than our 2018 Bolt. And Tesla's charging network would be attractive then if you are looking at a Tesla or GM EV - but competitive networks are quickly lessening that advantage.

I have not given much thought to it, always thinking that my info would be secure because nobody unauthorized ever has access to my car for long =enough to do any harm. However, with the possible onset of FSD and robotaxi, things may change.

If you have thought about starting a business developing and selling a software/hardware package that could be easily installed on Models 3 and Y, I may be a buyer.

Thanks TSLA fan. Volkswagen is the other car company that I am aware of that uses the Trusted Platform Module, but they seem to be tied to Infineon which is a German company. If Tesla used other brands of TPMs they could keep their costs lower than Volkswagen potentially and pass the savings along to the buyer, but generally TPMs aren’t very expensive!! Or it just wouldn’t force Tesla to have to buy from a particular TPM manufacturer! I think more options is good!! Wave Systems Corp. could enable them and manage them and with Wave’s 2FA and entering a PIN before you ride off in your Tesla that would be another level of security for the owner!! Wave is interoperable amongst all the TPMs, and I believe Volkswagen and Tesla have a competitive advantage over the other car companies as using this hardware security rather than software only security that can be hacked!! If anything, Tesla and the government should have their TPMs in computers activated and using Wave software so that they only allow known devices on their networks!! Hope this helps!!

Cybertruck an engineering disaster? I have not see any proof of that at all. I have a friend who has one, he loves that thing. Yes, service is indeed a thing.
