There is a mystery of Why are the S&P500 and Nasdaq (and all indexes) so high? Earnings have been going down for most companies. The CAPE S&P 500 PE ratio should be about 14-16. Went above 20. It is overvalued. Actually, it is above 30. It is over 36. We could easily (and likely will) see a drop of more than 60% in these indexes. Now, is time to get out of these hugely overvalued markets.

It has taken $27 trillion dollars in borrowing by the federal government during the past 15 years to get to the hugely overinflated valuations we are seeing now. This $27 trillion was injected into the economy and market and is a huge over-injection. This is both unsustainable (as debt is ballooning to disastrous, unmanageable level) and insufficient (although a massive stimulus, no longer a fast enough injection rate to sustain these excessive valuations). A massive crash is coming. Beware.

Nasdaq is WAY overvalued. It is headed to 7,500. That means QQQ will be at 200. Beware.

Terrible overvaluation. S&P 500 CAPE P/E ratio should be about 15. Even if overvalued, it should be 18. But right now, it is over 20. It is over 25.
It is over 30.
The CAPE PE is over 35.
In fact, the CAPE PE is over 37. The Nasdaq could easily shed 65% and still be overvalued. We likely will see QQQ drop below 200 this year. Beware!

Stocks got clobbered. People are realizing the markets are about 150% overvalued and should drop more than 60%. The debt is up from $28 trillion to over $36.2 trillion and markets were only up due to this huge stimulus which is unsustainable and eventually disastrous!
