                      Court Approval of Capital Reduction

Further to the announcement of 28 February 2007, Wren Homes Group plc (the
"Company") announces that on 18 April 2007 the High Court of Justice confirmed
the reduction of capital cancelling the 10,892,000 Deferred Shares of 0.9 pence.
The reduction became effective on 19 April 2007 when the Court Order was
registered by the Registrar of Companies.


Following the subsequent increase of capital the Company's authorised share
capital is #10,000,000 divided into 100,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence
each. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and traded on AIM, remains
unaltered at 40,422,387.
