was notified on 9 August 2001, that Jason Drummond, Managing Director,
Hosting, bought 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each (representing 0.4% of
the issued share capital) at 30 pence on 9 August 2001. Following this
transaction the total holding of Jason Drummond is 13,326,156 ordinary shares
representing 53.1% of the issued share capital.
