in respect of its UK ENHANCED INCOME CELL (the "Cell")

DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Company has declared a first interim dividend of 1.9 pence per each UK Enhanced Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2012. This dividend will be payable on 10 February 2012 to holders on record 13 January 2012. The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 11 January 2012.
