(TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the

has advised the Company that he purchased a total of 200,000 common
shares ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an
average price of C$2.825 per share (approximately £1.59/share) on
the Toronto Stock Exchange.
