               Prometheus Appoints Panmure Gordon as Joint Broker

Prometheus, the alternative and renewable energy company which was admitted to
AIM in September 2006, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Panmure
Gordon & Co. as joint corporate broker with immediate effect.  Jefferies
International will continue to act for Prometheus as joint corporate broker and
NOMAD.
