Hermes Focus Asset Management Limited, Hermes Investment Management as general
partners of the UK Small Companies Focus Fund (SCFF) and Hermes SLP Limited, as
a partner in SCFF, have a notifiable interest in 2,696,975 ordinary shares in
our Company, representing 5.606% of the issued share capital as follows:
