    Extension of Management Contract and Announcement of Results

      
    Further to the announcement of 30 June 2008, that the Board had given notice to the Manager of  termination of the management agreement
as at 31 December 2008, the Board announces that the Manager's contract has been extended for a further three months, with the fees having
been materially reduced, to allow the Fund to finalise, and obtain regulatory approval for, its new arrangements.

    The Fund's Full Year Results to the end of August will be announced on 29th January 2009.
