Further to the AIM schedule 1 released on 16 August 2006 the Company has been
notified that ING Bank, who hold 5,000,000 shares in the Company representing
5.0% of issued share capital, are interested in these shares as a consequence of
a contract for differences entered into between ING Bank and North Asset
Management LLC, the Fund's investment adviser.
