Issue of Equity from Exercise
of Share Options and
Total
voting rights
NAHL (AIM: NAH), a leading marketing and services business focused on the UK
consumer legal market, today announces the issue and allotment of 15,000 new ordinary
shares of £0.0025 each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the
exercise of certain share options by a former employee. These share
options were granted on 28 April 2023
and with an exercise price of £0.0025 per share (the nominal value
of Ordinary Shares).
Application will be made for the
15,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and
dealings are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on or around 30
April 2024 ("Admission").
The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing
ordinary shares of the Group.
Total voting rights
Following the exercise of options
and Admission the issued ordinary share
capital of the Group will comprise of 46,909,697 ordinary shares
of £0.0025 each with one
voting right per share. The Group does not hold any Ordinary Shares
in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and
voting rights in the Group is 46,909,697.
This figure may be used by
shareholders in the Group as the denominator for the calculations
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of
the Group under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency
Rules.
