Cambridge, UK, 13 February, 2009: Meldex International Plc (AIM: MDX), the 
Company announces today that an administrator have been appointed to its wholly 
owned subsidiary Melbrosin Austria. 
 
 
The administrator is Dr. G�nther H�dl, Schulerstrasse 18, A - 1010 Vienna. 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce the receipt of a Certificate of Grant of 
patent from the European Patent Office in respect of its European Patent Number 
1667628 relating to its NRobe(TM) technology. 
 
 
The Company remains in discussions with potential NOMADs and will provide an 
update as and when appropriate.
