Sale and Purchase Agreement

Further to its announcement of 15 January 2013, the Company announces that the first completion under the Stock Purchase Agreement with Sterling Planet Holdings, Inc. has been deferred, until 1 February 2013 with the balance of the first payment due to be made to LCA on that date. All other conditions of the agreement, including the dates of the three other completion tranches and payments, remain unchanged.
