INTERIM RESULTS

International Public Partnerships
Limited ('INPP', the 'Company'), the FTSE 250-listed investment
company which invests in public or social infrastructure assets and
related businesses internationally, will announce its results for
the six months to 30 June 2024 on Thursday 5 September 2024.
There will be a live online
presentation of the results at 9.30 am on Thursday 5 September
2024.
Analysts and institutional investors
wishing to join the presentation are asked to register their

Retail investor
presentation
The Company will also be hosting a
presentation for retail investors via the Investor Meet Company
platform at 4.00 pm on Thursday 5 September 2024.
The presentation will be open to all
existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted
pre-event via the Investor Meet Platform dashboard, up until 9.00
am on the day before the meeting. Questions can be submitted at any
time during the live presentation.
