Result of General Meeting

Intandem Films plc, the London based international film group, is pleased to announce that at the general meeting of its shareholders held today all resolutions were passed.

Consistent with the announcement of 1 October 2013, the Company has received firm commitments to subscribe for new ordinary shares raising GBP257,000 before expenses. Application will be made for the 51,400,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will occur on 12 November 2013. The Company intends to utilise the proceeds to meet certain short term liabilities and for general working capital purposes.

The Company remains in talks with a number of interested potential investors including institutions and EIS funds and will update the market further as appropriate.

Commenting Intandem CEO Robert Mitchell said: "We are delighted to have raised this new investment into the Company and we are now looking forward to the American Film Market at the beginning of next month as this is an extremely important event for Intandem. This year, we will be actively selling eight of the 19 films currently on our slate."
