About Intandem Films

Intandem Films plc (www.intandemfilms.com) is a London based international film company. It specialises in raising finance for commercial feature films and selling them to distributors around the world. In June 2012, it established Intandem Film Distributors Ltd. to release films in cinemas across the UK. The Company earns fees for arranging the financing for the films' production and generates commission typically at the rate of 15% on all sales secured and 30% from the net cinema revenues in UK distribution.

Intandem closely manages the risk associated with the film industry and does not invest in the production of films from its own resources. Its highest profile film to date was How to Lose Friends and Alienate People starring Simon Pegg, Jeff Bridges and Megan Fox - for which Intandem raised the finance and sold the film to distributors such as Paramount, Warners and MGM.

It is currently working on the financing for eight feature films with aggregate budgets in excess of $100m, the first of which is 10 Things I Hate About Life, from the producer and director of 10 Things I Hate About You which grossed over $60m for Disney.
