    The Directors of Gamingking note the increase in the share price. The Directors can confirm that the Company is in discussions in
relation to a possible acquisition by the Group which would constitute a reverse take-over and would require a Rule 9 waiver under the
Takeover Code. Accordingly trading in the ordinary shares of the Company has been suspended.
