                             Director shareholding


The Board of Greatfleet received formal notification today that on 10 December
2007 Antony Cox, Executive Director of the Company, purchased 128,000 ordinary
shares of 2 pence each in the Company at a price of 3.875 pence per share.

Following this acquisition of shares, Tony Cox is now interested in 8,878,000
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company representing 9.67 per cent. of
the voting rights of the Company.
