The Board of Greatfleet announces that they received notification on 8 August
2007 from Noble Fund Managers Limited ("NFM") that, following the transfer of
Noble AIM VCT plc (formerly known as First State Investments AIM VCT plc) from
First State Investment Management (UK) Limited to NFM, NFM are interested in
5,200,583 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company representing 7.0% of
the current issued share capital of the Company. This transfer took place on 4
June 2007.

NFM holds the above shareholding through the following funds:
