                            Directors Shareholdings


The board of Greatfleet was informed on 16 April 2007 that John Baker, a
non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 178,571 ordinary shares of 2
pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 15 April 2007 from Chris
French, Deputy Chairman of the Company, at a price of 14 pence per Ordinary
Share, being the price previously agreed between John Baker and Chris French.


Following the transaction John Baker is directly interested in 678,376 Ordinary
Shares representing 0.91% of the voting rights of the Company.


Chris French is now interested in 17,203,821 Ordinary Shares representing 23.15%
of the voting rights of the Company. This holding comprises a direct interest of
16,481,598 Ordinary Shares and an indirect interest of 722,223 Ordinary Shares
held by Greatfleet Executives Limited.
