Eclipse VCT plc announces that on 23 June 2008 the Company purchased for cancellation

27,460 shares of 10p each at a price of 90p per share ("Ordinary Shares").



The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 31,199,607

Ordinary Shares.
