RESULTS DATE & TRADING STATEMENT

Tel-Aviv, Israel - March 9, 2011 - Dori Media Group Ltd. (the "Company") announces that the financial results for the year ended 31st December 2010 are now expected to be released to the market on 14th April 2011.

As previously reported, preliminary unaudited figures indicate that revenues for 2010 will be in the range of $45 - $48 million. It is now expected that the Company will report a loss after tax for the year.

The Company has started the current financial year positively, and expects that 2011 will see a return to profitability with positive cash generation.
