Renegotiation of terms of Acquisition of Research Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.

Cross Shore Acquisition Corporation announces that it is renegotiating the terms
of its proposed Acquisition of ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. As a
result, it has sought a suspension of its Shares and Warrants from trading on
AIM pending announcement of any revised terms and publication of any
Supplementary Readmission Document.
