Creston plc announces that a subsidiary company has today exchanged contracts
to sell 12 Bunting Close, Mitcham, Surrey for (#845,000). A deposit of #84,500
was paid in cash by the purchaser on exchange of contracts and the balance is
payable in cash on completion on 30 April 1999. The property comprises an
industrial building totalling 17,448 square feet of which 7,233 square feet is
vacant and the balance is let to the purchaser at a rent of #52,000 per annum.
The sales proceeds will be applied to the reduction of borrowings under the
company's revolving credit facility and so create additional resources to fund
future  acquisitions.
