C.S. Bunker Self-Invested Pension Fund purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of the
Company at a price of 120 pence per share. Charles Bunker, a director of the
Company, has a beneficial interest in this self-invested pension fund.

Following this transaction, Charles Bunker has a beneficial interest in 25,000
ordinary shares of the Company.


The Company was informed on 7 March 2001.
