  Following the acquisition of 25,000 interests in relevant securities 
  on 31 December 2010, Bronsstadet AB now owns 15,347,546 interests in 
  relevant securities. The Union Discount Company of London Limited owns 
  2,014,920 interests in relevant securities. The Union Discount Company 
  of London Limited is a subsidiary of Bronsstadet AB. Together the two 
  companies own 17,362,466 interests in relevant securities representing 
  85.09% of the issued share capital of Chapelthorpe plc.
