Ordinary Shares in the Group on 29 September 2008 at a price of 8.5 pence per share. Following this transaction, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston's
total beneficial interest in the Shares of Clipper Ventures is 5,099,941 Ordinary Shares, representing 13% of the total issued share capital
of the Company.
