The Board of Cellcast plc (AIM: CLTV) announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 has today been posted to shareholders, along with a notice of the Company's annual general meeting ("AGM"), to be held at 22 Cochran Close, Crownhill Industrial Estate, Milton Keynes, MK8 0AJ on 28 June 2018 at 11.00 a.m.
