Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that,
on 22 March 2022, an award over 216,361 ordinary 1p shares in the
capital of the Company previously granted on 22 March 2019 under
the Chemring Group Performance Share Plan to Sarah Ellard, a
director of the Company, vested in full. Further details on the
basis for vesting of the award were disclosed in the Company's 2021
Annual Report.
Following the vesting, 102,201 ordinary 1p shares were sold on
22 March 2022 on behalf of Mrs Ellard to cover tax and national
insurance liabilities arising on vesting.
