2 Changing the interest to be paid to P's from 7.5% to 6.875% WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY WORTHLESS and will never see a penny according to many here.

One thing for sure. I have not lost my patience when it comes to holding TMC. Been holding for two years. Even when I was 50 percent under water.
My target price is somewhere around a hundred dollars. That sounds crazy. But TMC has leases where there are tons and tons of high grade nodules.
