Non-Executive Board Changes

Computacenter plc, the specialist provider of IT infrastructure services, 
announces the following Board changes:

Nick Cosh and Cliff Preddy have today been appointed Non-Executive Directors of 
the Company.

Nick Cosh, aged 55, has held a number of senior positions across a range of UK 
companies. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Bradford & Bingley PLC, 
Hornby PLC and ICAP PLC and Chairman of Fleming American Investment Trust PLC. 
Previous positions held include Group Finance Director of JIB Group PLC and Non-
Executive Director of Invesco Income Growth Trust plc.

Cliff Preddy, aged 54, has worked in the IT industry for most of his 
professional career and is currently the Deputy Chairman of Charteris PLC. He is
the Non-Executive Chairman of Science Systems PLC and Non-Executive Chairman of 
Acquisition Accounting Ltd. Previous positions held include Director of UK 
Operations at Logica PLC.

Adrian Beecroft and Rod Richards have advised Computacenter of their intention 
to resign as Non-Executive Directors of the Company at the forthcoming Board 
Meeting to be held on 4 February 2002. At that time Nick Cosh will replace Rod 
Richards as the Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee.

Adrian Beecroft and Rod Richards have been involved with the Company since 1985 
and 1991, respectively, as representatives of the venture capital investors in 
the Company and have been members of the PLC Board since its inception in 1995.

Ron Sandler, Chairman of Computacenter plc, said:

There are no further details in relation to Nick Cosh and Cliff Preddy which 
require disclosure pursuant to paragraph 16.4 of the Listing Rules of the 
Financial Services Authority.
