Bright Futures Group Plc's capital consists of 47,850,020 ordinary shares of 5
pence each. Bright Futures Group Plc does not hold any ordinary shares in
Treasury



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Bright Futures Group Plc is
47,850,020.



The above figure (47,850,020) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bright Futures Group Plc
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
