Notice of Redemption of Notes and Delisting:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Issuer that the Issuer has redeemed the Notes in full on 26 July 2019 pursuant to terms and conditions of the Notes and no further payments of interest on the Notes will be made.

The Issuer hereby requests the Irish Stock Exchange plc trading as Euronext Dublin for the listing of the Notes on the Official List of Euronext Dublin and the admission to trading on the regulated market to be cancelled.

This Notice is effective immediately.
