Tim Netscher to Join the Bullabulling Board as a Non-Executive Director

-- Appointment brings a wealth of technical experience to the Board, including in operating large tonnage, low grade gold projects

Bullabulling Gold Limited (ASX: BAB, AIM: BGL) is pleased to advise that Tim Netscher has been appointed to the Board of Bullabulling as a Non-Executive Director.

Tim is currently Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Gindalbie Metals Limited, and a Non-Executive Director of Industrea Limited, both ASX200 companies. He brings to Bullabulling a wealth of technical mining skills and corporate experience that the Board believes will be of benefit to Bullabulling as the Company moves towards production. In particular, Tim has significant open pit mine development experience, and whilst at Newmont held overall responsibility for ramping up the Boddington Gold Mine, a large tonnage, low grade project similar to the Bullabulling Gold Project.

The appointment completes a previously announced strategic review of the Company's Board to ascertain the optimum size and key competencies required by Bullabulling as it progresses development of the Bullabulling Gold Project. That review led to a number of changes to the Board of Bullabulling, including the appointment of Ronnie Beevor as a Non-Executive Director.

Bullabulling Chairman Peter Mansell said:

Tim has significant experience in many facets of the mining industry, many of them very relevant to Bullabulling as it moves forward. He has had regional multi-mine responsibility, dealing with a wide variety of mining operations and developments. Tim is well known in the mining industry for his achievements, has substantial public company experience, and I believe that Bullabulling will gain great benefit from his appointment as we continue to develop the Bullabulling Gold project."

Tim is a Chemical Engineer, and also holds a commerce degree and a MBA. He has worked in a number of countries, in roles spanning marketing, operations management, project management (from concept studies through to large scale project implementation) and business development. Tim has held senior positions with Impala Platinum Ltd, QNI Limited, PT Inco, Vale and Newmont.
