Bullabulling Gold appoints Chairman

The Directors of Bullabulling Gold Limited (BAB:ASX, BGL:AIM) are pleased to announce that Mr Peter John Mansell has been appointed Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

Peter, 65, has 35 years of experience in corporate and resources law and has served as a director of numerous public companies, including ASX 100 companies, West Australian Newspapers Limited and Zinifex Limited, both of which he chaired.

Peter graduated with a B.Comm, L.LB and a Higher Diploma in Tax Law, all from University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa. From 1988 to 2004 Peter was a partner of major Australian law firm, Freehills, and held the position National Chairman from 1995 to 2000 and National Chief Operating Officer from 2000 to 2004.

Peter is currently a director of Ampella Mining Limited (Chairman), BWP Trust and Nyrstar NV, in addition to a number of unlisted and not for profit organisations.

Peter Mansell was a director of Great Southern Limited which was placed into voluntary administration in May 2009 and subsequently went into liquidation.

Following the appointment of Peter Mansell as Chairman, Nigel Clark has resigned as a Director of the Company.
