Under the Listing Agreement with the Stock Exchange, Mumbai (BSE) and the
National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE), the Company is required to file
with the said exchanges a statement of the Shareholding Pattern as at end of
each quarter within 15 days from the end of the quarter.
