AEA, a leading energy and climate change consultancy, announces the departure of Tim Robinson as a non-executive director on the 16 July 2012. Tim Robinson is CEO of Talaris which has recently been the subject of a take-over and he is leaving AEA to devote his time to the integration of Talaris with the new parent company.

Tim Robinson has been a non-executive director at AEA since November 2010, is a member of the Nomination Committee and since September 2011 Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Dr Paul Golby, Chairman of AEA today said Mr Robinson leaves with our thanks for his contribution to AEA.
