Pursuant to the Master Definition Schedule dated 3 August 1995, as amended on 
20 June 1996 between Credit Card Securitisation International Limited and MBNA 
Europe Bank Limited relating to the Declaration of Trust and Servicing Agreement
and the Receivables Securitisation Agreement, the Company hereby announces that 
the Minimum Transferor Interest for the UK Receivables Trust will be reduced to 
4% with effect from 24 September 2001 and confirms that it has received 
confirmation from the relevant Rating Agencies that such change will not affect 
the current rating of the Company's Notes.
