Replacement of Series Liquidity Facility Provider
1 Capitalised terms used and not defined in this notice have the
meanings given to them in the Great Hall Mortgages No. 1 plc Series
2007-02 Note Issue Supplement dated 26 June 2007.
2 Reference is made to the notice published on the London Stock
Exchange by the Issuer on 19 June 2017 entitled "Non-renewal of
Liquidity Facility" (the "Non-renewal Notice").
3 As described in the Non-renewal Notice, the Series Liquidity
Facility Agreement between, among others, Great Hall Mortgages No.1
plc ("the "Issuer") and Danske Bank A/S as Series Liquidity
Facility Provider was terminated by Danske Bank A/S following the
late submission of a renewal request (the "Danske LFA
Termination").
4 The Series Treasurer became aware of the Danske LFA
Termination on 14 June 2017, and has procured a replacement Series
Liquidity Facility Agreement that is on identical terms to the
Danske LFA, with The Bank of New York Mellon, London Branch as the
replacement Series Liquidity Facility Provider (the "Replacement
LFA").
5 On 12 July 2017 the Issuer, and The Bank of New York Mellon,
London Branch, among others, entered into the Replacement LFA.
