Quantity remaining on the indices as of January 25, 2024: 42.855.904

Quantity to be excluded: 16.860.000
Exclusion Price: R$ 5,00
Quantity remaining on the indices as of January 25, 2024: 21.427.952

In that way, the closing value for above indices on January 24, 2024, will be calculated considering the weighted average between the excluded quantity, at the auction's price, and the remaining quantity of the portfolio at the NINJ3 closing price on the cash market on 24, 2024.

For January 25, 2024 opening, the respective divisors will be adjusted.
