TATYY Tate and Lyle PLC (QX)

Tate & Lyle PLC (TATE.LN) said Tuesday that it has appointed Imran Nawaz as chief financial officer, effective Aug. 1.

Mr. Nawaz replaces Nick Hampton, who, as previously announced, was promoted to chief executive on April 1.

The company said that Mr. Nawaz will join Tate & Lyle from Mondelez International Inc. (MDLZ), where he was senior vice president of finance for Europe since 2014.

Mr. Nawaz will have an annual salary of 470,000 pounds ($671,970) and be eligible for a bonus based on performance.
