(Pink Sheets:SGDH), owner of premier tree-free paper manufacturer EcoPaper, today announced that the company's newly acquired subsidiary, EcoFriends, has just fulfilled a product order in excess of $155 thousand dollars to Suburbia. Suburbia, a Mexican subsidiary of Wal-Mart, will be offering EcoFriends' brand student-oriented products for sale at more than 44 retail locations throughout Mexico.

EcoFriends' brands of Back-to-School fashion accessories include Body Glove, Black & White, and UniverCity. With an emphasis on eco-friendly functionality, the brands offer primary, secondary and college-aged students the opportunity to enjoy environmentally-friendly products ranging from notebooks, three-ring binders and pencil pouches to backpacks, tote bags and more.

After another extensive tour of EcoFriends' Mexico City based facilities, Harry Johansing, CEO of SGD Holdings, Ltd., continues to be inspired by the potential of the company's production capacity, authenticity and continuing earning potential.
