PTS, Inc Announces Discussion to Acquire Architectural Firm

PTS, Inc, (the "Company") (OTC Pink: PTSH) announced today that it is finalizing a Letter of Intent to acquire Campbell Shillinglaw & Partners Ltd, a major architectural firm that specializes in project design and engineering for construction and infrastructure projects in the Vietnam market.

"We are pleased with this pending acquisition," stated Lowell Holden, President and CEO of PTS. "The expertise of this Company awarded them the BCI Asia Top 10 Architects in Vietnam for the years 2008, 2009 and 2014."
