today announced earlier this week that we are entering into the
medical Marijuana and Hemp space to cover all sectors of the
marketplace via a new holding company being created called Cannabis
Health Group. This will include the development of edibles,

federal farm bill into law when he visits Michigan State University
on Friday. This will enhance and further the development of
products from the cultivation of hemp and related products.

Hemp has long been cultivated for non-drug use in the production
of industrial and other goods. Some estimate that the global market
for hemp consists of more than 25,000 products. It can be grown as
a fiber, seed, or other dual-purpose crop. Hemp fibers are used in
