Wellness Builders Enters into Definitive Agreement with Viratech

(PINKSHEETS: HPCS), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wellness
Builders, Inc., a health company specializing in advances in
Supplements for Health, and Anti-Aging today announced that it
has signed a Definitive Agreement with Viratech, a health social
media network platform, specializing in medical, nutreceuaticals
and health sciences.
Viratech is an open source biotech research and development
network leveraging both social collaborative websites and their
intellectual property suite to provide a platform encouraging the
sharing of biotech research for the sake of accelerating the
development of new therapies and diagnostic procedures. The
network toolset fulcrum is a method of protecting intellectual
property via social collaboration. Social networking activity
and user generated content combine to form a mechanism of
converting patents and other intellectual property into index-able
