Heineken said it has nominated Dolf van den Brink for reappointment as chief executive officer.

The Dutch brewer on Thursday said the proposed reappointment is for a four-year term starting from June 1, 2024.

The company said that Dolf van den Brink started his tenure as CEO in June 2020.

The nomination will be voted on by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting on April 25, 2024.
