Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On August 23, 2024 J. Tyler Opel stepped down as a director of the Company. Mr. Opel’s departure was not the result of any disagreement concerning the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
